Monte Madness by Gene Castillon Two Amazing Card Routines Monte Of A Different Color Effect You offer to demonstrate a Monte routine in which the three cards are handled face up. A Joker is sandwiched between two black Queens and magically turns face down. The Queen of Spades is sandwiched face up between the face-down Queen of Clubs and Joker and magically turns into the face-up Joker. This procedure is continued for a few times with the middle card always jumping face up or face down or changing into different card. During all of these magical changes the backs of the three cards are shown to be red. As a climax each card changes into a blue back Jackpot Effect You offer to demonstrate a Monte routine in which the three cards are handled face up. A 7 of Diamonds is sandwiched between the 4 of Spades and the 4 of Clubs and magically turns face down. The 4 of Clubs is sandwiched face up between the face-down 4 of Spades and face-down 7 of Diamonds and magically changes into the face-up 7 of Diamonds. The three cards are placed face down and the 4 of Clubs jumps face up. The 7 of Diamonds is dealt face down on the table and jumps back face down between the face-up black Fours.
